Smoking with children in cars now illegal.
It is not a coincidence that weedless wednesday (Jan. 21, 2009) is the first day when Ontario joins Nova Scotia in banning lighting up in your vehicle when children are present.
Drivers can face fines of up to $250 dollars. Nova Scotia already banned smoking in cars with kids last year. BC, New Brunswick and PEI are planning to join this plan as well.
