Went in to get my water pump replaced and timing belt they were fast and efficient cost wasn't to bad they know there stuff for sure especially when it comes to VW's he even told me about some thing i could go do and get done at the VW dealership for free which really helped out great guys good service deff recommend going there never had a problem with them yet.

I had to get a part replaced on my VW and was recommended to this place. What a DUMP! The outside looks bad enough, but once inside it is like walking into an episode of Hoarders. Parts and junk literally piled and thrown about in a room the size of a large bathroom. You have to climb over random parts and garbage just to get to the counter. The counter is completely filthy and covered in old cups and bottles and paper bags as well as other parts and junk. The place was a complete pig sty. The people working there are very rude and not professional at all. They told me to pick up my car in two hours. I call in an hour later to confirm. They tell me another two hours. I call later to confirm. Told to wait until mid afternoon. Getting annoyed I call back mid afternoon. They tell me to pick it up at the end of the day THE NEXT DAY. What in the world are they doing over there? Last but not least they screwed me on the price. I am told it will be a certain price in total over the phone. I ask again when I go in. Same price. I go to pick up my car? Four hundred dollars more than what was previously stated. I was told I pay or I dont get my car. Here is the good part.. The same part they replaced ended up breaking once more two months later DO NOT GO HERE. SERIOUSLY. Worst place in the city.
